Newsletter Ready is an email newsletter service for small businesses that already publish news or blog posts on their website. Instead of writing each issue, you review a draft that the AI builds from articles you have already published.

How it works

Register the URL of your news or blog page once; no RSS feed is needed. Every hour it reads new articles, and the AI drafts the subject, opening, one summary per article and a sign-off using only facts from your published articles. Every summary links back to its source article, and nothing is sent until you approve the draft. Autopilot mode prepares a draft on the weekday you choose.

Around the draft

Subject-line A/B tests, a welcome email for new subscribers, a pre-send check for broken links, per-reader translation into 10 languages, AI-drafted replies when readers answer, and open and click analytics with suggestions for the next issue. Subscribers can be imported from Mailchimp, Brevo, Kit or Substack.

Compliance and privacy

Consent records, sender details and one-click unsubscribe are added to every email, and bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically, following the rules of your region (US, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, Japan and more). Your subscriber list is never sent to the AI, and your content is not used to train AI models.

Free for up to 300 subscribers and 4 issues a month, no credit card. Pro is $29/month for 5,000 subscribers and 30 issues, and adds sending from your own domain.
